1、 三級檢查制度
Three-level inspection sytem
要取得公司質(zhì)量標準和規(guī)范的執(zhí)行效果, 就要有完善的檢查制度, 為此, 公司制訂了三級檢查制度, 并將在該項目認真落實, 通過定期、不定期的檢查來保證質(zhì)量標準的規(guī)范和貫徹。
To ensure proper implementation of the company’s quality standard and codes, a proper inspection system should be in place. For this purpose, the company developed a three-level inspection system and will implement it strictly to ensure compliance with and implementation of quality standards through regular and irregular inspection.
(1) 部門自查
Self-inspection by departments
通過項目內(nèi)部門自查, 及時發(fā)現(xiàn)質(zhì)量中存在的問題, 隨時整改不僅可以督促員工做好質(zhì)量工作, 提高自己的知識和技能, 以保證質(zhì)量達到標準水平; 同時可以避免問題的積累和事態(tài)擴大。
Through self-inspection by various departments of the project, existing quality problems will be identified timely. Timely correction not only encourages employees to perform quality task properly, improve their knowledge and skill to ensure compliance with standard, but also can prevent quality problems from accumulating and worsening the situation.
(2) 項目檢查
Project inspection
項目經(jīng)理在各部門自查的基礎(chǔ)上, 針對各部門檢查出的問題和對重要事項進行每周檢查評價, 通過整改和培訓杜絕質(zhì)量問題重復(fù)發(fā)生, 達到質(zhì)量目標的持續(xù)改進。
On the basis of self-inspection by various departments, the project manager should inspect and evaluate problems identified and important matters on a weekly basis. Recurrence of quality problem should be eliminated through correction and training so as to achieve continuous improvement of quality.
